Willow was born in Langley and grew up in North Saanich. She attended the University of Victoria and received a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1998. After a four-year stint with an investment management firm, she joined Trenholme Jackson Eade in 2002 and commenced articles in 2003, obtaining a CA designation in 2005. She continued to work as a Manager, Senior Manager, and Associate at Trenholme & Company until being admitted to partnership July 2011. Willow enjoys camping, traveling, playing sports, and spending time with her husband and daughters.

Born and raised in Victoria, Brett completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at the University of Victoria. He began working at Trenholme & Company in 2008, achieving his CPA designation in 2011 and joined the partnership in 2015. Brett enjoys spending time with family, weekend adventures and continuing to improve his golf game.

Born and raised in Saskatoon, SK, Carter moved to Victoria in the summer of 2007. He graduated from Camosun College with a Bachelor of Business Administration with an Accounting Major before he started at Trenholme & Company in January 2010. He received his CA designation in 2013 and was admitted to the partnership in January 2018. Outside of work, Carter enjoys playing golf, hockey, and spending time with his wife and daughters.

Born and raised on the Island, Ian graduated from Camosun College with a Bachelor of Business Administration with an Accounting Major. He received his CPA designation in 2017 and completed the In-Depth Tax program in 2021 before joining the partnership in January 2022. Ian enjoys spending time with his family and friends and can be found at Lake Cowichan during the summertime. 

 

Dana was born and raised in Victoria. After spending some time living on the mainland and travelling abroad, she returned to her hometown to complete the Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting Major) at Camosun College. She received her CA designation in 2013. When not chasing after her two young children, Dana enjoys going to Lagree classes, dining out and watching live sports events.

Born and raised in Victoria, Evan earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with an Accounting Major from Camosun College in 2014. Evan started with Trenholme & Company in 2015, received his CPA designation in 2018, and completed the In-Depth Tax Program in 2022. Outside of work Evan enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and friends.

Ruth joined Trenholme & Company in 1985 and completed her CPA, CGA designation in 2005. Ruth actively volunteers within the community with special interests in figure skating and sporting events. In her spare time, Ruth enjoys vacationing in warm, sunny, tropical locations, spending time outdoors and playing tennis.

Born and raised in Victoria, Kayla earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with an Accounting Major from Camosun College in April 2017. Kayla started with Trenholme & Company in January 2017 and received her CPA designation in 2020. In her spare time, Kayla enjoys travelling and spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Born and raised in Victoria, Alex graduated from the University of Victoria in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Math. She started at Trenholme & Company in 2018 and obtained her CPA designation in 2023. In her free time Alex enjoys running, cooking, and spending time outdoors with her friends and family

Raised in the Cowichan Valley, Branwyn graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a BA (Hons) in Dance Performance. After a contemporary dance career, she retrained in accounting at Camosun College. Branwyn joined Trenholme & Company in 2021 and earned her CPA designation in 2025. Outside of work she enjoys cycling, kayaking, and dance class.

Rio was born and raised in Japan. Victoria has been his new home since he moved to Canada in 2020 to earn a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria. He joined Trenholme and Company in 2023 and began his CPA studies. As an avid sailor and hunter, he likes honing his saltwater fishing and seamanship skills and sharing his passion with his friends

Born and raised in Central Kootenay, Pearl moved to the West Coast to pursue secondary education and earned a Degree in Accounting from Camosun College. She joined Trenholme & Company in the fall of 2024 and will begin her CPA studies in the fall of 2025. Outside of work she enjoys hiking, crocheting, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. 

Immigrated from the Philippines in 1989, Roselle resided and continued her studies in Yellowknife, NT.  She later moved to Victoria, BC with her husband and sons in 2005, and was employed by Trenholme & Company in February 2006.  Roselle loves spending time with her family and enjoys occasional walks and motorcycle rides with her husband.

Jen was born in Calgary AB and grew up in Moose Jaw SK. She obtained her real estate license in  2013 and worked in industry for 10+ years before joining Trenholme & Company in 2024. Outside of work Jen enjoys running, hiking with her dog Bernie and spending time with her family.

Born and raised in Victoria, Larry studied at the University of Victoria until entering articles with Thorne Riddell (now KPMG) in 1977. He earned his CA qualification in 1981 and continued on at Thorne Riddell as Senior Manager until 1984. The following year Larry joined the Oak Bay Marine Group as Vice President of Finance and remained in that position until returning to public practice in 1995. A year later Larry became a Partner with Bill Trenholme and Andrew Jackson at Trenholme Jackson Eade (now Trenholme & Company.) Larry enjoys walking his dogs, fishing and spending time at his getaway in Parksville. He hopes one day to see the Canucks hoist a Stanley Cup.

Born in Mtarfa, Malta, Andrew grew up in the Cowichan Valley. Upon graduating from the University of Victoria in 1978 he entered articles with Trenholme, Winterbottom & Co and received his CA designation in 1982. The following year he went on to work as Tax Manager of a national accounting firm until he became a partner with Bill Trenholme in 1985. He has also been the Office Managing Partner since 2007. Andrew is an avid soccer and rugby fan and enjoys spending time at his cabin on Hornby Island.

Born in Lacombe, Alberta, Tim grew up in the Cowichan Valley and has resided in Cobble Hill since 1993. He entered articles with Clarkson Gordon in 1983 and received his CA designation in 1987. He went on to work for a large private group of companies and established his own practice before he joined Trenholme Jackson Eade as a Partner in 2000. Tim enjoys hiking, playing hockey, mountain biking and spending time at his cabin on Hornby Island.

Born in Victoria, David grew up in Vancouver before returning to Victoria for University where he graduated from UVIC in 1979 with a degree in Economics. After this he articled with Thorne Riddell (now KPMG) in Victoria before obtaining his CA designation in 1982. He then continued in public practice both in Victoria and Sidney Australia until 1986 when he became Vice President of Finance for a large gas distribution company. In 1990 David returned to public practice as a Senior Manager and Principal with Ernst & Young before becoming a Partner in MacPherson Flanagan Fletcher & Pickstone. In 2008 David joined as a Partner at Trenholme & Company. David enjoys cycling, golfing and spending time down south in Arizona.
